The St. Michael Apartments were built 35 years ago and have been owned and personally managed by Kay Arens the entire time. Kay loves people, and she takes pride in the quiet and friendly home that her St. Michael apartments has provided for so many seniors over the years.
Our St. Michael low rent, subsidized apartment brings easy access to major shopping stores right in town. Our apartment is right across the street from a new mega grocery store. We are located only a few blocks from beautiful walking trails that meander forever inside a gorgeous park that borders on the Crow river.
St. Michael is such a convenient location because it feels like a tiny rural town, yet is only a short drive to both Mineapolis and St. Cloud.
